Once the Dialdrive app is installed in Pipedrive, you will be asked to link it to your Dialpad account. Once your accounts are linked, you can start using Dialpad within Pipedrive! This includes making and receiving calls, and also logging for all calls. We leverage the official Dialpad & Pipedrive APIs to do this.

Nothing! Dialdrive barely acts as a middleman between Dialpad and your CRM. We do not track you, we do not keep records about your company. (no, we don't listen to your calls).
Unfortunately, there are. At the moment, Dialpad only works with Google Chrome, so we cannot guarantee you will be able to use the app if you use any other browser. Also, we do not provide messaging integration for Dialpad SMS features. This is on the roadmap for future releases.
